Delivery & Returns

All items with a UK delivery address are sent using Royal Mail (2nd Class) and I currently charge a flat rate of £2.50 per order for postage and packing. 

Orders placed by 2pm are usually dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday) wherever possible.

Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be despatched on the next working day (i.e. if you place an order on Friday, it will be processed first thing Monday). 

I aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order but if you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact me.



All items for Europe or the Rest of the World (including USA) are sent via Royal Mail and will be subject to different rates.

UK - 1-3 working days | Europe - 5-7 working days | Rest of the World (including the USA) - 7-12 working days

Duty & Tax

We do not pay any duties or taxes that may apply to items purchased from countries outside of the UK, please contact hello@minibodenpreloved.co.uk if you have a query on this or any aspect of postage and delivery.

Returns

Please note: we are currently unable to accept returns.

All items are sold as seen and we will always make you aware of any small faults or defects with the item before you purchase. Listings with minor marks or defects are clearly labelled within the product description.

Due to the nature of our second hand, preloved clothing there may be some signs of wear to items. We mark each item with a key and it is either sold as one of the following:

- New Item (not previously worn): new items have not previously been worn and so are in shop bought condition. 

- Very Good Used Condition: though a preloved item clothing marked as VGUC shows minimal sign of wear and is in very good condition.

- Good Used Condition: good used condition items show signs of wear but still has plenty of life left in them.

- Playwear: playwear items may have marks or defects which will be clearly listed in the item description.
