Delivery & Returns

All items with a UK delivery address are sent using Royal Mail (2nd Class) and we currently charge a flat rate of £2.95 per order for postage and packing. 

Orders placed by 5pm are usually dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday) wherever possible. Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Selling your preloved Mini Boden Clothing to us

We're a small, friendly, family-run business where you can buy and sell preloved Boden, Johnnie B and Baby Boden items in great condition and here are some of the questions we get asked.

Why should I sell to you?

  • It's hassle-free - in a few easy steps, you can offload your much-loved items in one go, rather than selling each individually and having to sort postage and packing yourself, leaving you with the cash to spend on more brand-new items.

  • We buy any season items all year round so there is no need to store anything away to sell at a specific time.

What do you buy?

We buy in bundles of 7 items or more in children's sizes from ages 0-12 years, including Baby Boden, Mini Boden and Johnnie B.

Condition of items 

We only purchase items in good used condition without flaws, marks or stains and politely ask that you check all items before showing them to us, as our offer will be based on the condition of the item at this time.

Please check the items for:

  • Loose threads
  • Holes
  • Missing buttons
  • Faulty zips
  • Marks and stains

We're unable to accept items found to have any of these faults and they will be returned to you at your cost if they are found to be defective. Alternatively, we can donate them to charity if you do not want to receive the items back.  

How do I sell to you?

It's really easy to sell to us at Mini Boden Preloved!

1. Ensure you have a bundle of 7 or more items in great condition with no flaws.

2. Take photos of the items and send to us at

It is the seller's responsibility to ensure the bundle of clothing arrives safely to us and in good condition.

We recommend using My Hermes as it is the cheapest way to send with good tracking options and to take appropriate insurance for items, at your cost. 

Payment terms 

Once you have accepted our offer on your bundle of items there are two options for payment:

1. PayPal - 50% upfront and the remaining 50% on receipt of the items. This can be paid immediately but will be subject to the usual PayPal fees.

2. In full via bank transfer once we have received the items.
